Need… more… parking… spaces!

How much is a Buffalo Bills parking pass?

On-site parking for Highmark Stadium will cost you upwards of $140 on the secondary market.

More significantly, the median price for the cheapest available space averages $77.

Accordingly, this is 35% below the norm, and gives Buffalo Bills parking an above average value score of 15.

What is parking value score?

So even though the parking is a relative bargain, I dare say that you Bills fans shouldn’t be satisfied. That is to say, no more satisfied than you were with last season’s  conference championship defeat at the hands of the Chiefs.

And why is that?

Firstly, the Kansas City Chiefs are off to a 1-2 start. Secondly, Buffalo fans can save 35-87% on parking.

Regardless of price, you need to act fast if you want parking for a Bills game.

Reason being, there are only 10,000 parking spaces at New Era Field.  For a venue that can accommodate up to 72,000 fans, that’s not nearly enough.  One parking spot for every 3 seats – a 1:3 ratio – is considered comfortable, and is the norm for NFL stadiums. A 1:7 ratio, however, is like inviting 10 people for dinner and having only 6 places to sit.

For the most part, it’s not getting better anytime soon, since there’ll be no new lots for Bills fans near New Era Field.

Hence, the urgency. So get off your butt and get a parking pass for the next Buffalo Bills game, already.

Every Bills fan wants to be part of the Bills Mafia, or at the very least get a taste of one of the 10 Best NFL Tailgating Destinations. And the best way to do that is to reserve a spot in one of the official stadium lots.

I’d like to point out though, that despite the relatively cheap prices for Bills parking passes on the secondary market, you’re still going to encounter this:

Fortunately, there’s a ticket site that offers on-site Buffalo Bills parking for 35% ($29) less.
